30-Day Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging where possible. Your order number is required.
How to Start a Return
Email us at brk3437b@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies.
