Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Products ship from partner warehouses, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delays
Carrier delays or high demand may occasionally extend delivery times. If an order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We will do our best to help, but cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
